The Sunday School ministry is a very blessed ministry, as it approaches the younger generations of the church with the message of salvation. It also aims prepares and equips them with the knowledge of the Word of God and with practical life issues. We know that in the eyes of God each child is as valuable as any adult, because of his valuable soul.

We thank God that every week, we have the opportunity to approach the children with the Word of God, and to see them be touched and respond to Him. Our goal is to invite children to make heart decisions, stand before God, open their hearts in prayer, listen to the Lord speak to them.

We know that our children are bombarded from all around with ideas, ways of living, values, trends and a culture that is not in alignment with God’s Word. Our task is alongside with the parents, to get to their heart as early as possible, filling it with the words of God, teaching them the values in life from God’s point of view and to inspire in their hearts the fear of the Lord. 

What motivates us and is in the center of what we do is what God asks of His people in Deuteronomy 6:6-7, which is what we believe He asks from us today as well: 
 
“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” 

If there was not time to waste then, how much more there is not time to waste today!

Our prayer is: 

• For our children to be introduced to the Lord before they are introduced to the world!
• To live a life for the Lord!
• To stand before the Lord and learn to receive from Him!
• To stand victorious against the enemy!
• To live in the abundance of the Lord’s grace!
